KINTO Zero streamlines compliance with sustainability standards and frameworks like CSRD/ESRS, supports audit-ready disclosures, consolidates ESG data, and simplifies sustainability reporting—enabling organisations to meet regulatory and stakeholder expectations with ease.

KINTO Zero consolidates data across sub-organisations by standardising units, values, datapoints, and currencies to the parent company level, ensuring consistency and accuracy across reports.

Who are Users?

Users can include sustainability managers, ESG managers, ESG analysts, HR, finance,CFO, legal, risk & compliance managers, operations and facilities leads, IT & security teams, and the ESG lead.

We have created system roles and allow specific users to onboard their team.

We have in-built and custom roles which can be created on our platform for completing ESG reports.

What are the Organisations?

Organisations are companies and their subsidiaries who are responsible for submitting a regulatory report for ESG, such as ESRS.
These organisations are aligned in a hierarchical structure.

What are Collection Templates?

Collection Templates are reusable, custom-built ESG data collection templates (containing topics, standards and disclosure requirements). They are aligned with non-financial the regulatory frameworks, such as EFRAG’s ESRS for CSRD reporting.
These are assigned to specific Reporting Cycles, enabling organisations and their subsidiaries to configure and collect the required data points efficienctly.

What are Reporting Cycles?

A Reporting Cycle represents a defined reporting period and contains one of more Collection Templates Each Reporting Cycle created will be used to collect data for that specific reporting period.

Can we define a Collection Template without a Reporting Cycle?

Collection Templates must always be assigned to a specific Reporting Cycle (a specific reporting period).

Can we reuse the data?

Yes, you can define Master Datapoints on our platform to reuse specific information.
You can use the data collection from your previous year of reporting via API Integration.
